DO NOT purchase this app if you ever happen to lose or damage your phone and can't access the two-factor auth app that contains the authentication codes for the bitwarden site. This outfit CANNOT and WILL NOT help you regain access.
You are basically SOL if you lose/damage your phone that had the two-factor authentication set up for the site.
The only way out of it is to cancel you subscription and then delete all your data that exists. Totally unacceptable.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I have had to put this on the back burner I will follow up on it later
I just wanted to know why I got an email from Bitwarden after all this time of not using it. I wanted to make sure that my account was deactivated

Not a satisfied customer
This is NOT Bitwarden customer service. My email was hijacked by a third party.
I did contact Bitwarden direct and got a response and resolution in hours not days. My email through Pissed Consumer was NEVER responded to by Bitwarden.
Thanks for absolutely nothing!

I received the email stating that someone has locked into my account if possible can you please help me with this matter?
Iphone hacked. No authorization app. Recovery codes don't work, are being prevented by hacker.
Unable to access account because iPhone was hacked. Authorization app does not work because it didnt get recovered by the iPhone recovery.
Recovery codes dont work because the hacker wont let me enter the recovery app. I type in my name password and all that stuff and then I hit the set button with the recovery key and just keep looping back-and-forth I keep
Preferred solution: Help via phone.
I cannot get into my device
I locked myself out ot Bitwarden. All my passwords, etc is in it.
I'm 78 and I can't remember which email I used and my password. I need help over the phone to walk me through it all.
I'm frantic and I really need someone to walk through this. My numbers are 813 956 **** (c) or 813 907 **** (H)
Original email changed, can no longer access my passwords.
My email had changed locking me out of Bitwarden. I got no response from my phone call attempts; however, the email response was near instantaneous. Kudos!

Verified Reviewer |Bitwarden's Ignored Login Error Problem Holds Your Data Hostage
Bitwarden.com still ignoring me and holding my data hostage.
I have contacted Bitwarden.com nearly a dozen times.
They have not responded to my emails except for one, when they brushed me off, asking for an IP Address, UTC Time of Connection, Browser User Agent, and if I was using TOR/a VPN/ or any PROXY.
Which I do NOT.
This is the only email response I have received, which I answered promptly, yet have received no response.
I've had this error problem locking me out of Bitwarden.com for a week, twice in the past. This is the third time.
They don't take me seriously, and clearly, Bitwarden does not take their customer service seriously. Bitwarden lost me a lot of money and opportunities.
And they continue to hold my data hostage.
If you're considering Bitwarden.com as a password manager, buyer beware. They will hold your data hostage too.

- Not using biometric authentication
- All sensitive data in one place
- Bad password manager
Preferred solution: I want Bitwarden to stop holding my data hostage, fix their login errors, and allow me to rightfully login to my account to retrieve my data.

Bitwarden stole money from me
I'm very upset. I just noticed I was charged $14.00 by Bitwarden and I don't use Bitwarden nor do I have it on any of my devices.
I did not purchase this and I demand a full refund immediately.
